Gold Bonus Contents in horrible condition

I recieved my gold contents today and everything was crumpled. -_- Does anyone know who I should e-mail to talk about getting a replacement?

i would guess you have got to email steam support

Steampowered, as per most sites these days, only give you this little menu of options to choose from and get generic answers out of. I can go and get the e-mail from valve's main site, however I don't know who would be dealing with the gold content distribution.

THe postoffice would to, or FedEx in this case

IF Fed-Ex or whatever shipper they use show's up with a box in crappy shape, can you refuse to take it ? If so will it go back to valve and will they send a new one.

Im pretty sure when you sign for it you state if theres anything wrong with its condition.
