It didnt go gold but i find it weird all these retailers change the date to early Nov. GameStop just changed it from Nov. 28 to Nov. 1

This is just a link on slashdot to an older news story that we already know about. It's nothing new and the weird thing is, it doesn't even indicate that half-life 2 went gold. I don't know what they were thinking when they posted this. Slashdot is usually on the ball with that sort of thing.
