good CHEAP pc manufacturer.

Hi,
My dad is buying a new pc for us for xmas. We had a pretty much top of the line CyberPower ordered, but I was reading through reseller.com and apparently cyberpower is horrible at building systems and telling you if a video card you choose is in stock (x800 xt in my case) and their tech support sucks.
ABS computer is looking up, because their tech support is there and they're pretty cheap.

We canceled the order from cyber power.

Anyway, what are some other cheap pc builders BESIDES the two mention above and ibuypower. Thanks again!
