Good DiskCleanup Programs?

im having a BIG problem. I cant seem to have a successful diskcleanup because it just sits theres for hours and the bar neever moves! I have no programs running when doing it. Plus i cleaned up everything then defragged and still the diskcleanup just sits there and wont clean up!

Can u guys suggest a good discleanup software? Maybe a free one out there i can download or any worth buying? :dork:

btw. Im bit confused here. i selected all files ..now what i do? do i delete this crap? it says " Do u want to backup changes to the registry". click yes or no?

Ok.

Here's what you do.

-> Click on Issues
-> Scan for Issues
-> Tick all boxes
-> Fix selected issues...
-> No
-> Fix All Selected Issues
-> Close

sweet! So all this program did a diskcleanup?

But am i not suppose to gain more space when doing diskcleanups on the windows version? On this it seemed i just cleaned registrys and all that crap. It didnt happen to give me about a gig or two back :S

When i use to run the Disk-Cleanup on my old computer ,it gave me some space back. Look at this pic...

I believe it did. Just wait and be patient. It'll take awhile for Disk Cleanup to do its thing.

never. it never worked for me. I got this computer xmas 2003...and i think the longest i waiting was an hour and 20mins and it restarted for some reason. So yea..thats why i wanted to know what was wrong.

U think i should leave my computer on all night with diskcleanup to see what happens/?
