Is this computer good enough for high graphics settings?
CPU: AMD64 3400+
RAM: 512DDR 400
HD: 7200rpm 80gb
VC: RADEON 9600XT 128mb

Please?

Maybe another 512MB RAM. I have 1GB of 400mhz PC3200 & I still get occasional glitching which is annoying (I also have an AMD Winchester 3000 & a 6800LE gfx card). Running the game mostly high but I've got water on simple reflections (Still looks incredible) & model detail on medium. AA is set only to x2 but it looks good enough. AF is set to x2 also which does me. Any higher & I'd probably get more glitching :-(

You could run at high settings, but the game will recomend medium because of the 512m ram. I have a 6800gt @ ultra and if i use 512m ram, it will recomend medium settings for a couple of the graphics options. With 1gig, it recomends all high.

i agree with more RAM. my roomate has the same setup (except he has 9700 and 1gb ram). He can run is all on high with a pretty good res (1152x864 i think) AA 2x and antrscopic 8x and it runs smooth enough. I would upgrade to 1GB of ram and then you should be peachy.

Same here, Even with my 6800LE. It's the RAM that made the difference for me. On my old system I only had 512MB of fairly slow RAM (266mhz PC2100).
