good fire fox extensions

I use this one that adds a paranoia button to your toolbar. It clears all stuff like history, cookies, downloadlist, etc. Anybody know what it's called?

There's something I'd like to knoew if there is one. Firefox can only save .exe files to my hard drive, it can't just open them without saving which is what I like to do normally anybody know if there's anything I can do for that?

No I'm not kidding. I just don't remember where the download location was

It was supposed to be uploaded on here.. but yeah Munro didn't like it so I don't know what happened, I still use it though.
