I was just on Guru 3D and saw the following headline for today (9/13): "Posted by Hilbert Hagedoorn on September 13, 2003 - 4:01 PM
I was just at nvnews.net where I noticed that Half-life 2 has been pushed back toward February 2004, and that's the estimated time of Arrival. At least that's what gamestop is reporting.
Old Release Date - 11/19/2003
New Release Date - 2/2/2004
This is not yet confirmed by Valve.

Why in the hell are they using Gamestop, of all places, as a source??!! They should know, as a PC gaming-oriented site, that retailers are the least reputable source for release info. *Sigh* I suppose the chaos shall never end until Gabe personally makes his rounds giving the proverbial 'gone gold' blowjob to the various gaming press outlets.
