Um, check your phone provider's site. I don't actually have a cell phone, I'm just baseing my advice on my experiences with other people's phones. :|

if you're into the videogames, www.vgmusic.com then go and select whatever song you want to put on your phone..then go onto your phone, enter whatever the URL is for the midi file, and it will download it. The only thing it charges you is going to end up being the KB you use downloading it. I like it.

If you already have the song you want on your computer, just use audacity (google it), and cut the part you want.

Make your own! Get a free sound editor, hack up an mp3 to what you want and send it to your phone. Every phone has an e-mail address, just call or check your carrier for what your phone's is.

Indeed, i have a bluetooth adapter i bought for a tenner, and it allows me to send things between the computer and my phone. Lots of pictures and sound files to have any ringtone you like. I believe that is another way you can do it. (Or infra-red)
