Yep, for some reason the administration for the school system I'm in decided it would be really really cool to start school on a friday, instead of just waiting until monday.

Bleh, this summer went by so damn fast, and now I get nine months of pure hell! Yay!

I was excited until this week, when I realized how much this year is really going to suck. Other than a few good friends that I have, I'm usually stuck in class with the best of the worst, either the "party hard" Generation-X wannabes, the long-haired stoners who wear various Beatles shirts and ripped jeans, the straight-minded republican preps, or the slutty cheerleaders. The atmosphere in my school is totally dead, and I'm honestly really dreading this year.

I'm so glad I'm out of high school. Yeah, I had quite a few friends (school had 2,000 students) but there was SO much drama. College is 100x better in that department. At my HS, there was a fight almost every day, if not a fist fight, then "Bitch you betta not be steppin on my white shoes, else I'm fonna haf to whoop up on a bitch in here" (fonna is not a typo)

College, no one really cares.
