Gordon Freeman's Absence?

Maybe this is a stupid question but how come no one questions Gordon about where he has been for the past 20 years in hl2? or at least question why he hasn't aged???

Because they "hired" his services from the G-man. Dr. Kleiner makes a comment about Gordon arriving early near the start of HL2.

Yeah, and in Episode 2 Eli Vance directly mentions the G-Man and promises to explain everything before his brain gets sucked out of his skull through the Advisor's proboscis.

Eli knew about the Gman, but I doubt he knew that Gordon was in stasis for 20ish years (we don't know for certain that it was 20).
