Didn't see this posted anywhere. Interesting article. I didn't know anything about this guy, but its interesting reading about the potential problems of jury selection.

Hope this guy goes away if he's guilty of the crimes, which it seems he is.

You know... there has to be something that can be done against these guys that try to keep themselves completely out of the line of fire, but are still involved. If you think in terms of Saddam, he uses other people to do nearly all of his dirty work, and so legally cannot really have the law breaking down his door... but there's just something to be said about that, which is just not right.

I think he's guilty, or is it just cooincidence that that one guy got shot as he was hailing a taxi after a bat beating? How cliche is that? Surely could of just been someone else 'entirely' who had motive to shoot him
