I'll probably get it when it drops to $20/$30.

Played it on my friend's 360 and it just didn't feel like the GTA I knew and loved.
Car handling was a bitch, they were basically all on ice.

I haven't played it yet, i don't like consoles. But i think i will pass buying this on Steam with the demise of Sterling against the Dollar it's to expensive, i learnt that well with L4D when i found i paid ?10 more than if i had bought at retail.

Gta 4 is now available for pre purchase now at $39.99 or ?32.00. If you're in the UK, Amazon and Game are both selling GTA 4 for ?24.99 so unless you want to pay over a fiver more for the privilege of Steam buy retail.

GTA4 seems to be region restricted in Australia or they are just scared to tell us the price since we cannot prepurchase the game. It will probably be released 2 week later for us at double the price, that seems to be the usual way (some) companies are ******* us over Steam.
