Graphic Problem with HL2 (heads without eyes)

Hello!

I just wanted to start playing the whole series of HL2 / EP1 / EP2

So i installed my Hl2 startet it without problems.
But...

Strange Graphics problem.
All chars in the game have NO EYES!

Here ist a screenshot how it looks:

I tried an other GFX Driver no change, tried all GFX Settings...no change.

i deleted local content and reloaded it within steam still no change.


Can anybody help me?


My Sys Specs:

Intel C2D E6850
4G DDR2 RAM
2x8800GTS SLI
Asus P5N32e-sli board

Have you tried updating direct x?
