Ok
This may solve some performance issues..
Im using a Geforce 6 6800 standard, and was not impressed with the framerate, and also i suffered from bad sound stuttering.....
The problem was.........Clone was selected on the display output settings.
Now im able to run with everything at MAX 1600 x 1200. with no slowdown whatsoever.
This probably won't help everyone, but im sure someone will be making this mistake..
