Well, there is so many great things about graphics.
We could have on main forum.
Then we could have sub-boards in it.
There could be a place for showing off all your work.
A graphic of the week board or sig of the week board.
A graphic talk where we talk about techniques and tuts...
Then there could be a shop place or request place to fulfill graphics request.

I'm sure there are plenty of forums dedicated to nothing but graphics. This site is about Half-Life 2, and our current art section suffices.
