Gravity gun glitch

hmm, had this a few times now, when and only when i selct the GG i get a yellow line running up the screen:



i've validated my steam files, reinstalled windows and upgraded my graphics card and it's still there

any ideas?

i think it only dus that if u hav show health & ammo on ur crosshair i have the same problem when i turn it on

I get that glitch, too, in The Lost Coast only. I don't think there's a fix for it, as I've yet to see one. Many others have experienced it and complained about it. Weird...

yeah, it happens to me only in the lost coast

maybe it has something to do with the hdr?
try turning it off and see if it goes away.

Happened in Garry's mod for me.

to clarify this happens in *all* half life 2 based games, HL2, lost coast, garry's mod (i've ince uninstalled GM cause it's crashed with alarming regularity).

the HDR setting doesn't affect the problem

i'll submit a support ticket over at steampowered, will let you know what they say

i don't think that's it tbh, HL2 worked perfectly for months with it...

i think it started round about the time i installed garrysmod but that's long since been uninstalled
