As in, "most valued (or, if you prefer, 'vicious') projectile."

My top picks are the cinder block and the small engine. The former is found in many areas of the game and combines compactness with a high level of lethality. The latter combines the best properties of the cinder block with greater mass enabling it to bowl down two or three standard zombies at a time--though sadly, there aren't many of these items in the game.

(EDIT: I left out unique items like Dog's Ball and the Ravenholm trap blade as well as item which can only be manipulated with the blue gravity gun).

gravgun+xplosivebarrel=the most common but lethal death.

gravgun+manhack=slicin' action.

I chose radiator. Highly effective in Ravenholm, and the Episode Two previews somewhere said that Hunter's will be vulnerable to it as well!

Manhacks

I like using manhacks and walking up to soldiers and...hacking them

I think it's the propane tank/petrol can, it explodes just like a explosive barrel (instant kill), but doesn't obscure your vision too much.

Saw blade - they do not obscure your vision and can kill several creature in one throw + they don't kill you if you accidentally hit something near you.

The new small red propane seen in the Hunters video will be my favorite prop.

Other than that, I prefer throwing gunships at soldiers :naughty:

I love the radiator, especially in deathmatch because it's heavy, goes far, you can see through it, and kills in one hit.

Radiator, simply because its pwnage. Sawblades second IMO because they slice.

Id have to say petrol can, cause you can fire it in somwat close quarters without much worry, and in zombies and Combines case......BURN!:flame:

Radiator owns deathmatch. I remember one session in particular where I got so many kills with just the radiator and the grav gun. It's heavy, shoots far and straight, is a great shield and it doesn't restrict your view hugly.

Flares.

Sure, gas tanks give you the boom, but there's something about setting somebody on fire with one shot.

You copied me and added words I don't understand!

I dont play dm much. but in Ravenholm my favorite is the small eninge block, its massive! I just love sending it threw a small horde of zombies and watching the send all of them back with it!

ever since that very first hl2 vid, its gotta be radiators ftw...

The circular saw blade is my gravity gun munition of choice. It's so accurate and it has quite abit of velocity, I also like how it get's suck in the walls. :p

Outside of Ravenholm, Lowlife, and other parts where the game heavily encourages you to use the GG offensively, I prefer to use large pieces of furniture. Big, powerful, and difficult to miss with.

You don't even have to shoot them, just gently tap them with a flare (you can even use your "E" hands) and alight they go.

I really like using just about anything, but I gotta go with the explosive oxygen tank things (I clicked propane tank, is that right? Or is that the small white tanks...). They're small so they don't obstruct your view really, and I love blowin' shit up. :D

Saw blade.

Grenades are pretty tricky to use, but if you can pull it off it's usually worth it.

Good point, The Raveholm trap blade kills you instantly if it ricochets back at you, as I learned to my chagrin last night.

Yup, the small engine block is killer diller. It'd be number 1 on my list if only it were more common. Has anyone ever noticed it in Ep. 1?

Argh, it was a hard choice for me, but I like to use the saw blade as it can go through multiple enemies, get's stuck in walls so grenades don't send it flying, and when you pick it up AFTER Ravenholm you go:

"....."

I'm going with other.

My favorite is the propeller blade from the Grigori's traps.

Grenades are hilarious in SP and MP. Nothing more fun than doing a perfect grenade + gg kill :p

The tiny propane tank (ie. the one that you would find on BBQs) is the best projectile ever! Its good against all SP enemies, and has amazing accuracy in MP if you can aim properly.

I like using propane tanks. They really aren't that heavy in real life that Gordon shouldn't be able to pick one up and WING it, but being hit in the face with a full one, flying at you at 90 mph, that might leave a mark... :D

It's true. The impact alone would crush your head.

I think part of my love for the cinder block springs from the crude, brutal efficiency of a simple object being manipulated with science to serve as a super-weapon. Having carried a fair number of them in my time, I know they are heavy sons of bitches. Who could deny the barbarous poetry of a zombie felled with an Ulster Ballot?

I would have to go with the circular saw blade. I fell in love with them the first time I played. Good crowd control, and nothing beats cutting a zombie in half.

When alone, i sometimes tease the zombie with small, little damaging objects, and finish it off with something badass.

Like a toilet or something.
