Green Day really Jesus of suburbia?

i live near him.

personally i doubt green day brought him out of a coma, no chance.
 
they could say anything made him wake up from a coma.

even if the pope came along , slapped him on the cheek and he woke up, imo that would be coincedance.

especially since the pope is in bad health.
 
It is either chance or it is the fact that his favourite music brought him round, a familiar voice, something he really likes. Nothing to do with Greenday, just the way the boy feels about their music probably.

I hater Greenday, in fact, I hate all punk. It all sounds the same.
 
Who cares if it's what woke him up or not, it's just a nice little story of some kid that woke up from a coma after hearing his favourite music.

Of course. But it was Green Day's energy that excited the boy.

I believe its very possible that the music stirred him up enough to crawl his way out.
But if someone like Vigilante was in a coma, they might just flatline instead.

I love Greenday :D Even if they arn't masters of diversity.

Green day isn't punk! Its garbage compared to alot of the truer, older punk.

WOW this story is amazing, i love green day, im going to have to spread this around. Gonna go see em in July with Jimmy eat world and taking back sunday (anyone like them bands either?) so expect me to come back healed of any infections and slightly god-like :D :imu:
