Without fail, every time I try to make coffee I end up with a mouthful of grounds on the last cup. I have a little mini coffeemaker which does 5 "cups" (which comes out to about 2 REAL cups). I can't figure out if this is because of

-my cheap PoS coffeemaker
-the fact that the my "chocolate rasberry something" coffee's chocolate stuff clogs up the filter and makes it overflow
-the filter i'm using doesn't let enough water through fast enough
-my embarassing lack of ability to make good coffee

maybe one of you coffee experts (stern?) could pipe in with some tips.

use a bigger gound of coffee ..instead of fine grind use ...non fine grind :)

oh and invest in another coffee maker ..be surprised how much difference a good one makes

Nescafe - One teaspoon of
Sugar - Two teaspoon of
Boiling Water - One mugthreequartersfullof
Milk - One thirdquartertobrimofmug of

Easy.

Or in my case, open fridge and extract lager.

Eugh.... not drinking insta coffee, sorry.

I bought a Gaggia Cubika, £100 from their website (reconditioned). No grounds whatsoever. Steams milk, makes hot water for a Pot Noodle, does everything tbh.

Highly recommended.

The only way to drink a cup of coffee is to drink it black. Everything else is pussy.

Real coffee has better physics than instant?

What physics? EWxp-lain then... we would like to know

i work from home, so i can't mooch from someone else ... and if my wife makes it, she'll still be using the same coffeemaker and such i am ... and i'll be damned if i'm gonna sped $4 every morning on starbucks... i'd rather get a couple energy drinks.

I had to stop drinking coffee unfortunately. It started to give me horrible stomach aches. I guess my nightly diet of booze won.
