Some look partially smooth, most look awful. I don't really put a lot of trust into Rockstar when they're trying to "optimize" their games.

I'm still gonna get it and enjoy the hell out of it though.

That's how every GTA(post GTA3) trailer has been.

Also, awesome trailer.

The graphics are definitely somewhat better than the predecessors, people actually have fingers now!

Heh. Dude, people with complete visual disability can use computers and browse the internet. I was friends with one once in a text game I played briefly. She has special software that lets her use the computer and the internet even though she cannot see anything.

Have you played a GTA other than using the cheats and killing everyone consistently for an hour and then finding something else to do? Underneath the insta-gratification are thought-provoking story lines and dynamic characters on top of a breathtaking game world. Whatever, the game's not for everyone, I guess, ever though it has sold assloads. Of course that doesn't mean it's good. I just find it hard to think that someone can't find something fun in a GTA game.

I was reading some article about how Niko and someone were in a confrontation, and Niko shoves the guy and he falls backwards through a window, and all of the spectators were in aww. They saw other reactions such as the guy falling over a chair, table, etc, but through a window was a whole new experience.

Yeah, good thing it probably won't be out on PC for another year atleast if we know Rockstar, good thing I can just buy it for my 360 or PS3, and then legally acquire it for my PC when the PC version comes out.
