Anyone Know how to have Unlimited Draw Distance in gta3? And how to have 20x more traffic on the streets.

You're best bet is to check www.gtamods.com, but i don't think there's anything that can do what you want.

Considering that rather shaky port to the PC, it might not be such a good idea anyway. The frame rate drops enough on just about any rig once you get going moderatly fast, and there won't be any NPCs or other objects at that distance either.

yeah. I didn't have any problems with the pc versions of gta either.

Me either. And if the framerate dropped, the game speed would compensate, which I really prefer to having the game run full speed in the background while my video card plays catch-up, and suddenly "skip ahead" to me in the middle of a river drowning to death.

Maybe this is a good thread for my litte GTA:Vice City problem
I've been playing for the past week or so but today I went to boot it up, and after loading up my game, and after the pink bar has filled, I get an "Unhandled Exception" error. I can start a new game no problem, but I was far! I also have the 1.1 patch installed. Anyway, if anyone knows any way to fix this lemme know. Don't bother pointing me to other sites cause I've checked em all. I'm pretty sure it's a common problem after saving at Cherry Poppers, which I think I did.

I get over 100 frames per second. So i dont think it would do much harm if i get enough traffic and further draw distance just to get 60fps.
intresting... this game is 4 years old, and today's video cards (radeon 512MB) MUahahah!.......forgot what i was saying....

Yeah, a while ago I was looking for something of the same effect (I want more traffic damn it, it's so sparse) but I never found anything. Oh well, the PC version of GTA3: San Andreas comes out next Tuesday anyway, so whatever.
