Why?..
Eh, a game I'm not interested in trying. Then again, I didn't enjoy its predecessor.
Riddick was a good game, I enjoyed it a lot. The dialogue sucked massive amounts of ass, but the hand-to-hand combat and generally quite varied gameplay kept me going until the end. I guess I'll pick up this one.
Any game that lets you kill someone with a screwdriver can't be bad
I am going to have to watch the Riddick series aren't I?
It already been released on PC, technically. Dark Athena isn't a sequel, it's a remake. Yes, a remake of a three year old game. A simple update to the next-gen consoles to get some forward momentum for the series, because it went largely unplayed by Halo-Jocks and Half-Life conjoinees alike. They're adding a Multiplayer mode and tagging the 'Assault on Dark Athena' bit on the end, but otherwise, I wouldn't expect it to be too different from the original. From screenshots, it looks like they're giving it the Orange Box treatment: Shadowing, HDR, that kind of thing (so though it has been billed a 'remake', that's not strictly true. It's more like a Port and Upgrade). The first one was very underrated, however if this one is not coming for PC, it already fails.
