I looked through the tutorials on the sticky post I coudlnt real find anything that helped me I guess. Im looking for a gun modeling tutorail for total begginers, ive never even touched 3dsm. I dont need the parts for like adding it hl2 yet. I looked at some and they dont tell you how they just did something so I sort of hit a stumbling block.

the reason you dont know how they did it is cause you ahve no understanding of the program. do some of the tutorials that come with the program, then use the tutorials for specifics.

There was a great video tutorial for Beretta 9000... it was explained really well and covered all the parts of modeling... it was advanced but you can learn a lot from explanations. You can also go to www.3DLinks.com or www.3DTotal.com or www.3D-Palace.com or www.3DBuzz.com, they all have good tutorials.
