Guys calm down about blue shift

Ever since it's been released everyone's going crazy with the contraversy that they can't play it. Calm down, it's not even THAT good. It's only 2 hours long at the most. I'm sure you probably spent more time arguing for it than you would spend playing it. Read reviews for when it came out.. they were pretty horrible.

As a matter of fact, they don't sell HL anymore except for the retail Generation pack, but I'm just gonna ask a friend if I can use his dad's CC to buy the Premier Pack which is the same, just about €10 cheaper. I've only got my PC for 4 months, and I've only got HL2 for 2 months, but I'm addicted.

I didn't realise until I spotted in a thread the other day that you could also register your old copy of HL1 with Steam So I did that, and downloaded Blue Shift, since I never did play it the first time round.

Overall - hmm, disappointing. Maybe it's been too long since I revisited the HL1 engine, but Blue Shift just felt a bit pointless. I have been playing for about 3 hours and finished it about 15 minutes ago. It feels good to have completed it just to say I've gone through the whole HL canon (apart from Decay), but I didn't enjoy it all that much. Those who can't get it - you're not missing much, I wouldn't stress about it.

I think blue-shift is short.. but includes ALOT of cool stuff.. teleporting and stuff =]

I liked it maybe more then opposing force.
