Guys, I need some new games

Preferably multiplayer ones that a decent number of HL2.netters play, so I won't be going online all by my lonesome.

Currently I have, in no particular order:

CS/CSS/DODS/Gmod10 (Steam)
Starcraft Brood War
STALKER
Worms Armageddon/World Party
Crackdown (X360)
Halo 2 (X360)
Call of Duty 3 (X360)
Gears of War (X360)

I'm not opposed to getting games that I've owned before, like BF2.

I think this is why gaming has bored me so much lately.
 
I'll consider COH. I've, uhh... acquired it before, and it was awesome but a bit too overwhelming for me.
 
I totally know what you mean, I've been pretty game starved for a while...you know you need new ones when you look through your old stack of games and think "I wonder if Black and White was as bad as I remember it?"

Hmm. I'm considering BF2, since BF2 Complete (all the expansions plus vanilla BF2) is running for around $40 Canadian here. And if nobody plays those expansions, then vanilla BF2 is like $25.

Or list why not, its the best glitch based game ever.
Or not your style perhaps, definitely a lot more fast paced than most games.
For the non experienced, look up gunz kstyle in youtube.
 
Get vanilla BF2 then download Project Reality. That's it. On the offchance you get around the retards in BF2, it is a fun game. Or... was. I haven't played it with alot of the newer patches.

Just get it go to PR. It is win.
 
Well my next question is, does anyone here on hl2.net still play vanilla BF2 and/or PR?

I quit playing BF2 awhile ago, it consumed to much of my time for to long, but if you can balance it out then it's fine :/

Alright, I'm currently considering BF2 and Forza 2. So, would anyone end up playing these games with me? :naughty:
 
We used to play it all the time, but it has gotten old and glitch filled. And now with 2142, EA dropped all support for it.

So I read through that thread, and it's either a bunch of singleplayer games, games I already have, or CoH/BF2/Forza 2. All of which I'm already considering.

This isn't going too well.
 
Earth Defense Force. Giant mother f***ing Godzilla Mechs and ants and mother ****ing Genocide Gun.
 
I do want a good multiplayer game though, I'm kinda tired of playing through singleplayer games all alone.
 
Alright, I'm gonna leave in about 20 minutes to go to the mall. I'm thinking Forza and BF2.
 
I'm back, I bought Forza 2. The limited edition case is sexy, and the book that comes with it is really cool. I'll probably pick up BF2 if I get bored of Forza, Halo 3, and my other games soon.

I play PR, havnt touched vanilla BF2 in months. Always happy to have a few rounds with guys who are up for good team work.

Also, pretty soon the PR tourney sign-ups will be reopening for campagin 5 and the tourney is the pinacle of PR teamwork.
