I have never seen anything like it before, and I've been to all sorts of sports events. Maybe in Dongsville where everyone likes to see everyones dongs, but never anywhere I've been. They just line up dozens of port-o-potties for large outdoor events.

Well the setup in the video is, there are a couple portable toilets, and then the urinal thing. Say four guys are taking a shit, why not just have something for peeing to make things faster.
