I've seen on vets in practice...back in the day, a vet talking about dogs eating smaller rocks perfectly normal. The attrition action in the stomach, where the stones hit each other and grind up tougher food e.g. cellulose based things or any fiberous material. Helps with digestion apparently. Your dog is clever, if we ignore the basketball thing.

But yes, personally cats > dogs (cats can wash themselves, and don't smell)
Most people will disagree, but when the cats take back whats rightfully theirs we'll see...

True I have a half rottweiler, half lab dog and he's really friendly
 
Rottweilers are cool, their bad reputation is due to that a lot of trashy people are attracted to them and treat them like shit, thus becoming mean ****ers.

But my dog's (labrador) a pussy, although that's good because she would never hurt anything. Not even little frogs she sees :P
 
My dog is part lab and either part pitbull or rott. When he has ahold of something and if you want he he will not let go. Countless golf balls and my only hacky sack.

I have 4 dogs, whippets, smaller versions of the greyhound. If they see something small and furry move, they will go after it.

my old high-school buddy has two huge Rottweilers. His mom trained them exceptionally well. Whenever i go over to his house they have got to be the biggest babies ever. Very cute, very friendly. Its all on how you train the dog, if your train it to be very aggresive and unfriendly... then its goin to turn on someone eventually. But the family upon which these dogs live in are composed of nothing but love... so they turned out very docile.

Dogs have got to be one of the best companions around besides humans lol.
