Half-Life 2: Aftermath is the first official add-on for Half-Life 2. VALVe has been hard at work on Aftermath. They have released a teaser, showing off a few of the places we will see.[br]</br>Take a look by downloading the teaser at Gamespot.
 
Looks like it's gonna be fun. I hope they didn't release this teaser too early

I mean DOG diggin you out of the rubble in stuff?

Meh, It looks really cool. I hope they dont release any binks because I wont be able to stop myself from watching them :(

I think hes digging Alyx out of the rubble, cuz now even on Gphoria they said u get to play as her, cuz from what i see at the end of hl2, the g man takes u away. so why would gordon be in the rubble, unless its not the rubble of the citidel
 
rofl, looks kinda crappy, look at ELI when hes talking, he looks like hes bored, and the animations when alyx shoots the antlions...

I'm very excited. It certainly looks like it's going to offer us some scary moments, anyway. Being trapped in that train with all those screaming stalkers seems pretty terrifying, anyway!

I'm a bit confused about that voice at the end. Is that Gman or Dr Breen (even though we asumed he was dead)

It doesnt sound like the Gman to me...

ok, heard it the 2nd time and it is the Gman. but scary :eek: is he coming out as evil now?
 
Sweet teaser, makes me remind the old days with the binks for HL2.
 
When are they going to release it in Bink format!?
 
Could it be that G-man was your enemy all along, but he was manipulating you from the start (was kliener manipulated by the G-man to offer Freeman a job at the beginning of HL)
 
I can't wait for this. About time we had some more SP Source material. It's already been almost a year since HL2 came out! That's gone quick! Be good to start seing those SP mods coming out as well. Most of the mods in development seem to MP. I wonder how long Aftermath is going to be? Will it be available on DVD or is it going to be a Steam download? It would probably be a hefty download even though much of the games material is already part of Source/HL2. There's still all the new maps, voice samples & new content to download. I wonder how much new content there will be? Some new weapons would be cool or maybe some new enemies that we have'nt even seen in the SDK tools.
 
Any mirror of the bigger, 11MB version?

edit - is it just me, or is the 5MB movie stuttering like hell? :|
