Half Life 2 Basket Ball

I was playing through the gravity gun turorial, and I notice what looks an awful lot like a basketball goal. It's located above Alyx when she sits to watch Dog and myself play fetch. Throwing the ball in it gets a "nice shot!" out from Alyx. So far I don't notice anything more resulting from this, but I was just wondering if anybody else had.

How did you get that in? I tried a couple of times but it was impossible for me. A shame that my real life basketball skills get translated into the game.

You have to stand REALLY far back and aim just above the rim.

A light comes on as well above the ring when it goes in

Heh, I noticed the ring, but never actually tried to get anything in. Good to hear the game acknowledges you getting one in.
