When it was just CSS the 2 cards where very close.... The cards that where used where the x800proxt and the 6800 ultra.

As we can see here and on a few other sites, the ATI has definatly taken the lead. I use ATI cards and was a little mad when ATI cards didnt stack up for Doom3, that has been resolved. Now its ATI's turn to crank out the frames and not a better time to do it.

I sure hope for the sake of the Nvidia people that Valve works a little bit harder with the Nvidia company to help these guys out.
