The good guys at www.3dbuzz.com have now released an introduction to using the HL2 SDK - perfect for anyone interested in creating levels for half life 2 who don't yet know how to go about using the software to do it.

More videos are on the way and are completely free to download.

Only if it's your own. Something like that is fine.

valve should make a deal with buzz3d, and have these tuts available from steam. they make mapping so much easier. the tuts for ut2004 were an awesome resource for beginer mappers, and they came with some editions of the game, like 70 hours worth. great stuff!
