I'm interested in starting an open-source Half Life 2 mod that adds extra features such as LUA scripts (hopefully compatible with Garry's Mod 10) and other useful things. If anyone is interested, I'd like some of the following:

Programmer
Map Designer (to test out entities and code in various environments)
Test Players
Anyone else that can add anything useful to the project

Thanks in advance.

...If you're making a mod to add Lua to Half-Life 2, (Like Garry's Mod does) why not just use Garry's mod?

Also, learn programming. No one is gonna do this for you. Programmers come up with their own things to test. They don't around waiting for people to say "Hey, why not put LUA support in Half-Life 2".

U ned any v0ice acters??

Um, never mind the mod, as I've found a tutorial that does the same thing. (Boy do I feel like an idiot.) Octavio provided me a tutorial: http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Lua_tutorial

By the way, I did learn programming. Just not C++ programming. Yet. For someone of my age, I'd say being about to figure about how to remove falling damage is a great feat. Well, at least if someone else has the idea to add LUA, they'll have a 10% greater likelihood of finding the tutorial. That I couldn't find it myself is a testament to my incompetence. :p
