Half Life 2 save

Hi, I've tried everything to play the first chaptor of episode one, but the intro freezes every time. I've found some saves with most of the other chapters, but none of chapter 1, and I really don't want to skip around at all. Can someone send me a save file from right after the intro?

Edit2: Well **** you to those who had the ability to help and didn't. To those of you who maybe be having the same problem with the intro freezing, and you have a horrible intel graphics card/chip I used 3d-analyze v2.36b and selected the half life 2 .exe file and checked the box force max pixel shader v1.1 and now it runs perfectly.
