Half Life 2 the hidden mod....

A friend of mine told me to dl and install "the hidden" mod for hl2, problem is, I have no clue where to install it to. I tried installing it to the default location, and also to c/pro files/steam/steamapps/source mods., but still no luck on figuring out how to run it once its installed. Am I installing it to the right locations? Or is there something you have to do to get it up and running, can't find any exe for it either, even tried downloading different beta versions of it.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance Chuck

Hmmm, the only thing i can think of, is that the folder you unzipped it to, you are copying into SourceMods folder, whereas the mod folder inside that is the one you need, do you understand what i mean? You have the right directory. Just make sure that when you open 'the hidden' folder up it shows you lots of game files, not another single folder saying 'the hidden' again.

There should be a folder called hidden (or something similar) in the sourcemods folder after you install it. If it isn't there then you installed it wrong.

To play it, just restart Steam and it will be in the game list.

yes you must restart steam if you install any mods
