Half Life 2 Valve Video Nt Working

Ok so I have orange box for PC. I start with Half Life 2, but you know when it launches there's a video for valve and source? Where the man has a valve for an eye or something? (lol) Well that video doesn't show up and its just a black screen, however the sound works. The video file in the folder works fine but it wont work while half life 2 is starting up. I have windows 7 also.

How do I make it work?

Happens to me occasionally with some source games but doesn't affect the game itself any - it also seems to happen to me with the Ubisoft logo when loading Assassins Creed. Windows 7 also.
