Wow - the guy who voice acts the vortiguant is the guy who was the drill sergeant in "an officer and a gentleman". He won an Oscar for that role.

This sounds a blindingly obvious thing to say, but I'm guessing the vortiguant has something more to say than "ackackack" this time round...

Cool. I did not know that John Patrick Lowrie was in this game. YOu may remember him as the older gentleman "Bruno" in the "No One Lives Forever" games.
