half life figures

Who else here thinks it would be awesome to have figures or collectibles of characters in half life as joyride has done with halo and halo 2, the characters in half life are cool and having a model in front of you of freeman or a combine soldier would rule....am i alone in this thought?
 
Basically, yes. Kidding - I'm actually surprised Valve didn't jump on the figurine bandwagon. They might have made a couple extra bucks.
 
todd mcfarlane should do them. that would be kickass.
 
yeah mcfarlane should do them they are good with details, and adabiviak, i am too, i hope they do i really do maybe once it hits x box cause it seems console games do that more.
 
That would be so dope to have combine action figures! Imagine making them running around shooting each other! It would make me feel like I was 7 again. But realistically I wouldn't buy them because I would feel like the biggest loser ever. Buying up hardcore video game merchandise? I would feel that I've sunk to the level of the hardcore star wars fans. You know the ones that have the $2000 darth vader outfit and a lightsaber who walk to the premier of revenge of the sith.
 
well i would be the 1st in line to buy a Gravity Gun replica :) in my HEV suit

If so, that'd be awesome!

I'd just get a Dog and a Lamar though. I'm crazy about tiny things that are solid, and Dog and Lamar just fit the bill. Like alyx and stuff, that'd be too tall and slender. I like single shape objects.

Anywho, yeah, it would be awesome, I guess.

Life-size HEV suit. And a real crowbar. But if seriously... I grew out of them. :p

OH. Poison Headcrab figureines would be awesome, so long as they're not bigger than two of my thumbs.

And they should make a grenade figurine the size of an egg.

There's a life-size, multi-purpose, fully functional crowbar in my basement. I have all the fun in the world playing with it:cheese:

I have one in my car also. Its proven useful.
 
I on with you guys..............bring on the GI JOE style figurines of Halflife, Buy Gordon, set him up in a a mad shooter pose, Buy combine figure, set him up in dying pose....Everything else is history.....hehe. seriously, i would love to buy a mcfarlane figure of Gordon and put him on the top of my computer screen!!!!

PS Valve is wrong, a crowbar is long and straight with a larger hammer end and a sharp concrete breaking end, Gordons one is a jimmy bar i think, or something like that

wow $60? I woudnt go that high. $15 for me. they should make a set of the entire cast. i'd buy that for $60

I found a crowbar in my father's garage 1 day. Picked it up and started swinging it like in the game. :)

hah! i found a crowbar in my garage and did the exact thing! if they made a "you know your a half-life freak when..." lists, then i guess that would be on it.
 
I have been thinking that someone should make HL2 figures for awhile now....think about it....a little Gordon with included crowbar, pistol, and SMG...

Alyx could come with the Gravity Gun and some objects that could attach to it. Dr. Kleiner could come with Lamarr, the G-Man would obviously need to have his briefcase, and Barney could have a removable mask/helmet (and a beer).

There could be all the various "zombies" and headcrab packs. A "DOG" figure would be great, as well as various Combine figures and Resistance members (I would love to have a little Combine figure on my desk with a stunstick).

If ambitious, they could also make a Strider, a Vortigaunt, or some Antlions (actually, they should definitely make Antlions). Can't forget about Dr. Breen, Eli Vance, Dr. Judith Mossman, Father Grigori (w/ Annabelle), and Colonel Odessa Cubbage (w/ RPG).

Ahh, I wanted to bust a few Headcrabs. :) But I didn't hurt anyone with it.
