Not really, there would still have been telltale signs...

The biggest being the fact its a concrete floor, not a mirror.

Tsts... Not very good cropping there, you can clearly see its not computer rendered (the other was blurry, this isnt blurry enough to hide it ).

I have a very primitive knowledge and skill in Photoshop, but even I could replicate that "reflection" effect.

i actually ripped it off an offical screenshot of half-life 2, choped it up a bit, and made it transparent over a reflected layer
