It's called Half-Life Uplink it's 10.2MB and it's pretty awful to watch. Made by some brits with a what seems to be a $40.00 budget. I'll make a couple screencaps...

Don't let the pics fool you. This is the absolute best of the best snaps available from the vid. The story is about some reporter who sneaks into Black Mesa while the whole mess is going on to get a news story and has a video camera connected by Satelite uplink to the news station. It's very Blair Witch like in that you don't see much of anything and it's ultra low budget.
