Alright... i finished HL2 yesterday and i have to say it's the best game i played ever =].
but thats not the point... i devloped a theory about HL world...
this maybe sound far-out but i really feel it could be the line of valve's thinking.

Anyway.
Here we go =] (o and btw, im the guy who said gordon is a dog :\)

I think HL is a virtual reality game...
Why? well first i want to explain the G-MAN.
No body know's whos the g-man... so it think the g-man is the Game-Man :\ i know it sound stupid (kinda gay too).

Maybe the G-Man is the system opreator or some kind of a modreator of a virtual reality who gordon is connected to? (kinda like the matrix's agents).
Connects him to a new reality every time...

Also... my theory could explain why gordon dosen't TALK :\.
If gordon is inside a VR game it means he can't talk to NPC chars, if he do talk it can create some kind of an error?.

Dr.breen and the other folks... i think Dr.Breen and the combines are some kind of a game... like when you play space invaders? they are the little ships you shoot...

Plus... gordon does look like a geek :\.
Preety sure im way off on this (even from my JOKE theory about gordon beeing a dog :\)

Tell me what you think, and add some of you own.

Ehm...

What are you smoking?

Because I'm running out and need more, so if you could pass some this way...

Ok, here goes.

G-Man = Agent Smith with {'Mr. Anderson' = 'Mr. Freeman', Shades = REMOVED, Suitcase = ATTACHED}

There, I said it ;)

I never met a dog that can shoot rpg :\ and you?.

I've heard there's a National University of Sarcasm in the US. You should visit it.
Things like this just feel awkward in most cases, in my opinion a stupid idea for stories.

Edit, in response to the reply to this post: you're dire need of their education, so you've got travelling to do.

G-man stands for Government man.

Yeah, but if I'm not mistaken that name was given to him by the community. Valve calls him that because we do. So it doesn't necessarily mean he works for any government.

I might be wron though.
