Strange. If the guide is out the release of the game shouldn't be too far. When the guide is complete, it means the game is complete. So all Valve had to do after the leak is rewrite a few security protocols.
I think we'll get the game soon.

I won't read that, since it will spoil the game. This could be even worse then the leaked beta, since this ebook basically tells you the whole story.

If its the one ive seen kicking baout the net (which it sounds like it is) then its not a strategy guide .... its just a collection of scanned magazine articles someone has cobbled together and called a strategy guide ... but its just magazine articles.

yeah, thats what it is, just looked through it, definitely NOT a strategy guide, its just various info about the game and everything, it has the benchmarks and pictures form shader days as well as HDR tech info and stuff, so its somewhat new, but its not a strat guide.

you guys should thank me, i took the risk of ruining the game for myself, just to give you guys the real scoop.

ok ok, maybe it wasnt that big of a risk, considering i can't read german, but hey maybe there would have been a huge image of every level showing where every cool thing is!, that woulda sucked.

well it would be a rough translation, but you can use the translator feature at http://www.dictionary.com ..like i said, its a rough translation, but you should be able to make out what the main sentences are
