mine opinion is solid!
when i first found out bout hl2 i loved it!
when i found out bout this site i still loved it
when i finaly desided to join instead of just read posts i loved it
when i found out bout both the errors and the people sayin it rox now that i played it i still love it!
i alwese have, currently do, and alwese will love it!

Its just funny to see the same people that were just 24 hours ago saying "OMG VALVE ROCKS, I CANT WAIT FOR HALF LIFE 2" The when its released they say "OMFG THIS GAME SUCKS, SO DOES VALVE !@#@# !@@3 4#$$#%$"

There is no reason to complain about this game or steam. Its not steams fault or the games. I have steam and HL2 runs just fine.

Guys that have problems with their PC should check their PC first.

I got a pretty basic system (P4 2.4, Radeon 9800 Pro with 1GB of RAM) with XP SP2 and it works fine. Didn't formatted for 1 year.

Bought with Steam...works great.

Look at the join date and post count of the moaners prior to formulating a general opinion of ALL HL2.NET forum users. N00bs tend to rant on and on, ppl who have been here for a while tend to have better formed opinion.

I got Half-Life 2 working pretty quick, took a while to unlock it, I don't see what problems people are having playing the game?
