For those of you who don't get the Hightower Lowdown, I thought I'd share some data compiled in the latest issue.
It sort of explains part of the "stay the course."

Your source is not exactly realible.
Second, if this is true, have any major news outlets reported on it.

Sure I've read about this in the guardian and socialist worker ect.
Cant find links tho.

Dick Cheney is evil incarnate. FFS he shot someone in the face, and the poor guy had to apologize to Dick... He could strangle babies in front of their parents, and make them applaud him.

I doubt the Americans give a shit about british newspapers. Does anyone know if this has been on TV in the US.

Gray Fox please, all of this is verifiable. If I am wrong the burden of proof is on you. I am not going to go through everything as it is early, here is a cnn source for the retirement package:

http://archives.cnn.com/2000/ALLPOLITICS/stories/08/12/cheney.parachute.ap/

And for you to say that you don't care about foreign media is absolutely arrogant. The guardian along with many other foreign publicans are more respected and do more actual reporting than the bullshit media we have here. UK reported on the Downing Street Memo, not a word about it in our media. UK reports about the Bush administration was pushing Israel to strike lebanon sooner than later so plans could be made to use that as a prelude to an attack against Iran, not a word about it in the american media. UK reports Bush admin urged British police to arrest terror suspects long before they wanted to, not a word about it in the US media. Get the pattern or should I go on?

Your making a claim and the burden of proof is on me?
And where did I state I did not give a shit about foreign media, I just stated a fact.

Umm:
I doubt the Americans give a shit about british newspapers. Does anyone know if this has been on TV in the US.
How is saying that not trying to dispute a perfectly fine source? You are specifically asking for an american source for reasons that make absolutely no sense.

And yes, it is on you. I am putting my reputation on the line post what I posted because I know it is accurate. If you don't trust my information a simple 2 minute google search would come up with the back up. I do not need to source 6 different things in a single post everytime I post because you don't trust me.

where did the other political contributions go to?

I don't have the raw data infornt of me but I would guess democratic senators that they figured would help them. If you aren't just asking random questions and really want to know I can probably look that up for you.

Again that is simply a fact, Americans do not give a shit about british news agencies, the majority of them allready think the US media is liberal.
What is also a fact is that the Americans are the only ones who can do jack shit about this, and they don't give a rats ass about British newspapers. This is not to undermine your post, since I freaquently read the Guardian myself, it's simply doesn't matter that they write about it. I want to know why the American main newssources have not reported this.

Ask them.
Whats this got to do with no limit.

the political contributions arent that big compared to the money spent on the campaign which was about 360 million dollars

Its huge if you consider the limits a single individal can give, I will have to double check the number but its less than $2000. There are laws on the books that specifically prohibit that kind of this from happening.

Gray Fox, I still don't understand why you had to post that. I know a crap load of americans that think american media is too far right wing to be trusted. This whole liberal bias is a bunch of bullshit that doesn't have a leg to stand on.

I do. I feel I can trust foreign news agencies as they are likely to be completely impartial to any local party.

The Bush adminstrations main priority isnt the security of their nation, but the welfare of their own organisations and their corporate buddies. No Limits first post contends to this fact.

Furthermore, I really dislike your display picture no limit. It looks masonic for chrissake.

thats quite a negative comment delusional. Dont get all apthetic on me now.

huh? I've always been apathetic. its not like every other politician is so great with campaign contributions

Its not really a matter of campaign contributions (as much as I would love to see that regulated). The problem is with once these people get elected they serve the interests of their corporate buddies for their own financial gain (it has nothing to do with political gain).

Frenzy, that picture was my first illustrator image done a long way back. I still like it but it might be a good idea to update it when I get a chance. I need to show my true sexy self .
