It's a bit early for shops to be getting the game. The release date probably could've been brought forward. There's 11 days to go before it's released.

I'm looking forward to playing this, I've been reading the books recently and they're pretty good.

I expect the same with Half-life 2, showing up in stock at stores around November 9th. Maybe with the Halo 2 hullabaloo, someone can take pictures of the HL2 box and CD case and send to Valve so they'll unlock it off Steam.

if consoles didnt have their unique games there would be no point in consoles- you would basically just buy a console just depending on which controller you liked best, because all the gaems were the same.
