It's better than having to remember to take pills when you're meant to be having a carefree good time, as well as dodging blinding headaches and vomiting. Besides, when have you woken up and not needed to go the toilet?

I've been in cases before though where I've drank so much I've been sick. So if I was to then try and drink water I'd be sick again.

Other times I'm so drunk I can't be bothered.

But wherever possible I drink some water and take three paracetamol before going to bed. It sounds dangerous but domestic paracetamol isn't strong enough to kill you if you mix that small amount with alcohol.

Like KagePrototype said, drink lots of water, but make sure you space it out. If you drink it all at once you probably will feel sick. Then of course there is the problem of having to sit on the toilet every 20 minutes while you take an extra long piss. :monkee:

Another thing I found helps is take two asperine before you go to sleep, for some people that will completely wipe out any hangover when they wake up.

me too. first couple of times i got drunk i felt awful in the morning. nowadays i'll wake up feeling a little groggy but perfectly fine, no headache, nothing.

I'm totally the opposite. I NEVER used to get hangovers, but these days my hangovers are absolutely deadly.

I never get hangovers, but thats because i throw up after one drink..... Usually after I drink some water actually; I always drink loads, so thats why I always get sick!

are these chewables? Cause wouldn't you need water to take the pills anyways, and in which case it's probably just the water that's helpin you out there. Maybe some minerals and salts in the pill

i've never had a problem with hangovers. Sure if i drink enough to puke then in the morning i feel pretty crappy, but i never have headaches or anything.

I only get a hangover if I dont drink a couple of pints of water before I sleep, like was said by someone else. Taking pills in a bar would look dodgy as ****. Bouncers would think you were taking some serious drugs.

Same here, gave up 2 years ago and haven't had a hangover since - call me crazy, but I think there's a link there.

u still get drunk, but it stops some acid build up, which gets you sick.
