Not that I care about this thread being hi-jacked (cuz I really don't) but...

...kinda interesting how somthing so miniscule of a post can turn into such a huge philosophy discussion o_O

This should make time fly by! :bounce:

Yes, funny isn't it.

Yes that would have been great. Battlefield and mohaa kinda did that with me. I had not been much on the net looking at gaming news, and wham! 2 Quite nice games. It was fun, and no preconceptions.

That is the best.

Ive been sick for about a month so this month has been loooong.
But I hope il be sick for about one more month so I can play hl2 like cracy hehe.

and I have too admit I have been thinking about hl2 24/7 :dork:

No, it was probably before Perfect Dark on N64 came out... that's about the only time I was actually thinking about a game 24/7.

The longest month was probably about three or four years ago when I got my N64 for Christmas. I knew I was getting it; found the box hidden in a closet. That's what made it so unbearable. To know you had an entertaining gaming system just waiting to be played, but not being able to fiddle with it till the 25th. I also got Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Goldeneye: 007, Mario 64, and Banjo Kazooie with it...all incredibly fun and addicting games...just more mayhem to add to the already game-depraved mind of a teenager.

its going very fast, yet feels like its going slow if you know what i mean. like, each day seems so long, but then i see the date and im like wooah, this is goin by fast. i mean, its already the 22nd!!

Awww, That's really sad. I can't possibly think of a life without my mother.

Sorry to hear about your mother Ghost Freeman, that's terrible.

This month has been long to say the least, but IMO it's all apart of the fun. Everyday adds a bit more to my excitement and that will all come to a climax on the 30th. Without the waiting and the anticipation this would not be as fun.

Yeah, all this excitement and fun buzz around the forums really make this one of my most fun experiences on the net. You know , one day you see 10 people have posted about something new and everyone starts talking about it and it all gets really fun and cosy. That's what the nets probably most is for; being in a community. :D

Had to be when the americans Got the XBOX first and us brits had to waite till the following March to get our hands on it..

But the waite for Half Life 2 is realy getting a long drag now, And thats only if the release is on the 30th. I realy dont hope they put it back to November or next year, As time goes by its looking like a delay IMO..:(

Playing the guitar and typing now thats talented!

im not sure why im posting this in here. but last night i had the most wonderful dream EVER! i drempt(how you spell that word :S) that i HAD HL2 and was playing! i remember taking out the manipulator in some outdoor area in the game, picking up a rock, and shooting it at some combine's stomach, and he flew into a wall :D.

Actually my month has been fairly easy, and I don't expect the game to arrive until a few days after it's been released in the USA so I'm not worried or bored or anything...

hope Sept 30 comes soon ...

it's my birthday and HL2 would be the perfect present

In a way time does exist, as a sort of dimension. It has 2 directions but it only travels one way.

If humans did not exist, the universe would still exist and expand, and time would be a part of that. The only difference is that humans would not have quantified it into seconds and minutes etc.

HalfAsleep

I've red somewhere that time is all an idea of humans.
We could just as easily have made an hour 70 minutes for example, instead of 60. Or a day 28 hours, instead of 24.
It's all ONE moment, according to that book. Was very interesting stuff..( off course that book can explain it way better )
