That's one of the most sensible things that has been said on here for a week.

Valve has reported long ago, close to steam coming out of beta, that they were going to release new info and the last 3 vids....i don't see why this has anything to do with the leak whatsoever.

Everything that valve has stated that last month (september) has turned out to be false.

i.e

1. new vids - canned!
2. new info - none!
3. hl2 - postponed!!
4. benchmark - nowhere to be seen (it was promised to be out for the international press on the 30th)

They can still talk about the game, and where they intend to go from this point.

Yes any comments about the investigation would be a bad idea.

Other comments as well would be a mistake as anything you say or even what you don't say would be completely over analyzed right now and applied to how the hacking was affected by it.

The one important thing they have said is they are releasing CZ, anything to do with HL2 would reveal to the hacker how afffected or unaffected they are by him.
