So I'm sat here watching 24 and to be honest I dont understand the hype around this show... anyway the adverts were just on and there was this one advert for a show called 'theres something about miriam'. I knew right away that they have something fishy going on in the show, I mean theres a really attractive woman in the advert and she's getting eyed up by loads of blokes.

Anyway.. i searched google and wasnt really supprised to find out that this mirriam is a pre-op tranny and the show is getting guys to fight for her affections under the proviso that she's a fully fledged woman.

Apparently when the blokes find out they're breaking down crying and stuff in embarrasment and frankly I dont care how politically incorrect of me it is its just plain WRONG!!

Anyhoo, I'm just wondering what everyone else thinks of the situation... and what would you do if you were duped that way?

lmao, i read about that show in the magasine nuts, and i think it looks quite good. besides, the guys in it sued sky for quite a lot of money, so they cant really bitch.

well, one of them hit the producer in the face when they found out. they were all pretty big guys too from what ive read, like ones a marine and the other's a mountain climber e.t.c

lol, yeah. I should think so too.

I meant hit the guy/girl though lol. :p

And yes, TV shows like this are going too far. Way to far. I mean its not even that entertaining to watch is it.

Not to me anyway.

heh, she does look hot, but i didnt wanna think it seeing the advert cos i knew somethin was fishy and it makes you feel like a freak thinking what is a guy in reality looks nice.

that marine was the one who broke down crying btw

ill watch it, but yeah, i dont expect it to be fantastic. heres to me being wrong

Ooh man, i soo wanna see this, think it'll show up in the states?

thats a man? interesiting... It'd be great if after all that work to ger him/her the producers tell the blokes that shes a man, then after all the crying, they tell them that shes actualy a woman...

Aparently the way she(he) told them all was that she(he) lifted up her skirt... Now that would make a horrible impression on anyone.

eww.... /me remembers the scene where begbie finds out he's getting off with a bloke in the car in trainspotting...

there was something like this on channel 4 a few months ago. it was one of those late night on friday type experimental shows hosted by a couple of uni drop outs. i thought it was damn hilarious first time i saw it because i didn't guess s/he was really a man

Its seriously not right.. there should be a definite line drawn between man & woman and NO EXCEPTIONS.. its not good falling for someone to find out they're of the same sex.

Someone can speww out loads of shit about 'if two people love each other...' but love is just a feeling you get so you have sex and inevitably kids.. and trannies are just WRONNNG... makes you feel sub-human when you look at one and goe 'mmmmm' then find out its a bloke!
