Have ever broken a bone?

Hey what was the worst injury you ever had? Broken arm? leg? butt?! and how did you get it lol.


I have a broken wrist now and it sucks.
 
I almost cut the top of my finger off with some scissors while savagely cutting paper for no reason...

oh and i also cut me EEK once but grew a new one.. jk

Even if I did I would report to Sickbay ASAP and get fixed up.
 
broke my right ring finger in a car crash, went to the emegancy room where the guy just shot me up with pain killers and poped it back into place, and its still slightly bent to this day

I have never broken anything. My worst injury would be when I stubbed my toe last week.
 
I once broke my right arm when I was 11 years old. I was at a skating rink having fun with my friends. I decided to get out of the rink and go get a drink... Anyway, there was this fat girl trying to race this skinny girl. They had both gotten up to a decent speed when the fat girl didn't notice that I was in front of her. I tried to jump out of the way(you try jumping forward in roller skates...) but didn't manage to get very far. Most skating rinks have a wall that surrounds the rink..... this one just had metal hand rails... Well, I ran into the rail and was fine until the fat girl crashed into me. My arm happened to be on the rail at the same time. Imagine it this way... set a pencil on a flat table and then balance a toothpick on the pencil. Then, press down on both ends of the toothpick until it breaks in half. That's kind of what happend to my arm when the fat girl chrashed into my arm/me. The funny thing was that I didn't feel a thing. I didn't feel any pain even though it was a bit hard to move my hand and fingers. The only thing that I felt was a hot flash and a little bit of nausea. That was the only time I've ever broken any bones...
 
Never had a bone broken. Thought my pinky finger was broken once. I was helping my bro set up his comp, I was sitting down with my palm leaning behind me as I pondered over a part. Well, he got up, stepped down on my right pink and bent it down gruesomely. The finger was bent backwards, bent crooked, and nail was cracked in half and folded with great pressure on the remaining nail. It looked so hideous, and alot of internal bleeding. But apparently, it wasn't broken. I didn't even go to the doctor for it, but it hurt like hell!

Nope no broken stuff for me. Anthraxxx the reason why you didn't feel pain was because your arm was strong, take a look at your avatar. That's probably why.
 
broke my upper arm on skates going down driveway... it hurt like ****
 
Umm lemme think..

Broke my right arm twice
Broke my left leg 3 times
Broke my hip 4 times
Broke my right leg 4 times
Broke my ribs....oooh.....8 times
Broke my collarbone once
and i've got several fractured vertebrates from having 2 spicha's on for a total length of 3 terms.

Grand total of 22 broken bones...I could've sworn i'd broken more though

left arm = launched off teeter toter when I was 13
left thumb = punched in hand by friend
4 stitches = playing hockey, turned too fast and fell on chin

mine pale in comparison to his^^

And amazingly, all this on the same night! He got beat up into a pulp! Just kidding... Hehe. Damn, you must not even fear broken bones anymore :-/

Me... the thought of breaking a bone, especially a major bone like an arm or a leg, is freaky. What if I broke my right hand and couldn't play games properly? Ack!
 
I've fractured my wrist,
broke my pinkie,
my big toe on my right foot,
ldksajf;ajg;ljfg
and also dislocated(?) my right knee
 
Actually i got a bone disease called McCune Albright Syndrome. So breaking bones is a part of life. The funny thing is not even that bad of a bone disease. Its about as good as it gets
 
I broke meh head open, not sure if you can like consider it a bone but I had to get a helluva lot of stitches... like 20 :O

broke the right arm, broke the left arm the week after the cast came off.
Broke the right arm again, compound fracture, and now i have metal plates in my arm! yay!


at least it made for some damn cool xrays...
 
Cracked my skull when I was much younger when I threw a rock and it came back down.

That pretty much explains everything you need to know about my present personality.
 
Broke My Elbow
Dislocated My Shoulder In 2 places (really Rare to do)
Stitches in left shin
Stitches in Right shin
Internal Stitches On left Shin
Stitches in chin
Stitches above eye
Slipped Disc in my Spine - sall good now
****ed My Ankle many a time
theres more but im lazy
and all of this is related to my hobby/sport (im sponsord, and am blowing my own horn)

Same here, took a dive into a beanbag and munched it against the ground. Got an X-ray and all :)

I drink lots of milk so I don't have to worry about brittle bones ;)
 
I've broken my little toe and my finger before.

Both were fighting for laughs.
 
I've never broken a bone, although I think I might have broken my middle knuckle on my left hand. See I was in my room, and I punched my closet door to see if I could break the wood (really stupid thing to do) and it stung like hell, and my knuckle swelled and bruised immediately. Then a few weeks later I had to break a board for my orange belt test in karate. My knuckle was feeling better, but it was still swollen and when I made a fist, that knuckle stood out from the others. I broke the board easily (it was made of pine, soft wood), the injured knuckle took the full force of the impact. My hand stung like crazy and I could barely keep my face straight as I had to bow to the judges and then sit down. I examined my hand and the knuckle was misshaped and there was an indentation as if the bone had chipped or split. After 5 months my knuckle still has an indentation and it's still bigger then all the other ones, and I probably should have gone to a doctor but I guess it's too late now and they probably would have to break it again to fix it. When I looked at the fragments of the board I broke there was a circular indentation, like a crater, that my knuckle must have made, pretty cool huh?

Worst injury has to be when I got hit just above my eye by a hockey stick. Didn't hurt, but I was only in Yr6 (11 years old?) and all the blood pouring down my face scared the shit outta me. I had to have a few butterfly stiches, and I've still got a scar there today
 
Hasn't happened to me. I did accidentally break someone's arm however, guy's night out and we were drunk :)

never broken a bone, or had stitches.. infact the worst injury I ever got was a ripped ligament in my foot.

I got it while laughing my ass off at a go-kart my cousin had built. Anyway to cut a long story short, as I was laughing I fell out of the doorway of the house :LOL:
 
I broke both of my collar bones. I made a thread once. With X-Rays :E Search for "I Broke my Collar Bone" or something.
