have u ran into any cheaters on STEAM?

And i tried cheating on my other pc and found that nothing worked and also there was sites that said there cheats worked with steam and cs 1.6 but i don't think they do.

I hope that no1 ever figures how to cheat cos it really does spoil the game.

sometimes u think some1 is cheating cos they get a lucky headshot and the other day i thought some1 was cheating cos he kept getting head shots but then i watched him 1st person and his techniqe was great 9not tellin)

Just like to add that i never cheat and only tried cos i was sure some people were in a server i was in but now i don't think they were.

I don't know about any cheaters but on DoD I have gone from a 3:1 average to a 1:3 average. I just seem to die easier and people seem to take more shots. This happened when v1.0 came out so I just hope it's the changes that Steam has brought I need to get used to.

I personally tried 2 hacks on a certain site (I deleted them now though) and they worked fine. Wallhack, speedhack, aimbot, no sky, whitewalls, and other crap. That was on cs 1.6 btw.

Gu! This is a good time to put their Steam Anti-Cheat theory in practice... Valve! Make a patch please! ;-) You should send an e-mail to Valve and tell them where u have found the hacks.

yeah i mean i really dont like 1.6 that much, the only thing that matters to me, is if they stop the cheating, or cut it down drastically.

thats what I have found so appealing about steam thus far, the anti-cheats.
I havent run into any, and I hope it stays that way
its really a different experience when you dont feel cheated by every kill, and people dont jump to conclusions about your "skill" its more of a good game, and respect now. I mean if you think how badly cheating has really damaged gaming its appauling.

I'm pretty sure they know the site as people emailed them with the link to the people who thought steam was spyware.

I saw 3 guys hacking together lastnight in CS 1.6. They were very obvious and admitted it openly.

I think the cheating's not so much the problem. But think of all the muppets who got banned on
account of TK'ing, blocking, spamming, cursing, etc.

They will all be back.

Actually the only cheats that are out for steam is an aimbot and a wallhack. Unless you tested on the beta I don't believe you.
